1. Small Culi

Small species of Culi live throughout the mountains and forests of our country. They are threatened with extinction (VU) according to the Vietnam Red Book. Wildlife Conservation has successfully rescued more than 60 of these individuals from illegal hunters, most of which have been released into the wild.

2. Indochinese silver langur

Endemic species found only in Kien Giang, there are very few in the wild. They are threatened with extinction (VU). In the photo is a langur rescued from an illegal hunt, currently being raised at Hon Me Wildlife Rescue Area.

3. Bear horse

Nearly 70 sun bears are living at wildlife rescue stations managed by the Wildlife Foundation. These animals were previously kept in captivity for a long time, losing the ability to forage in the wild, so they will not be released back into the forest. They are threatened with extinction (EN).

After living for a while at Hon Me Wildlife Rescue Area, this old Javanese was released to a small island in U Minh Thuong National Park. This large bird is often hunted as a pet, and is threatened with endangered extinction (VU).

The Javan pangolin reproduces and thrives at the Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Station, which is jointly managed by the Wildlife Protection Organization. More than 100 of these individuals have been taken care of for their health, restored to their wild instincts and released back into the wild. This species is threatened with extinction (EN).

6. Leopard

Before being transferred to Cat Tien National Park Bear and Cat Rescue, this leopard was rescued at Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Station from 2009 to 2011. They are endangered. critically endangered (CR), extremely rare in the wild.

7. Crazy Classic Snake

The classic crazy snake has just been released into the wild after living for a while at the Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Station. The loss of habitat and illegal hunting and trade make this species rare in the wild. They are threatened with extinction (VU).

8. Yellow-cheeked gibbon

Of more than 70 yellow-cheeked gibbons rescued, nearly 30 were released back into the wild. This species is threatened with extinction (EN). All of these rare wildlife photos will be displayed in the "Lucky Wild Animals" exhibition jointly organized by Animal Welfare Foundation.

The exhibition "Lucky Wild Animals" aims to encourage love of wildlife and call on everyone to join hands to protect rare animals, not to use products from rare wild animals.
