However, this one-and-a-half year old dog has turned his disability into a well-known strength.
Estrella was adopted by couple Ivan Escobar and Elva Carhuaz at the age of 6 months. Ivan and his wife are opening an animal care facility in the town of Tinga Maria, Peru.
It is this uniqueness that has brought Estrella popularity. Many visitors have come to the Ivan family animal facility to witness Estrella's talent. Many people want to adopt this dog but cannot.
After being adopted for a while, Estrella learned to walk on her hind legs. Exactly, this mutt "jumps" like a kangaroo.
“Estrella is like a baby learning to walk. That's what we noticed in it from the day of adoption until now. Estrella really learned to walk.” Mrs. Carhuaz said.
